Not long after, he passed out in the car and it took security and his son 45 minutes to get him inside the house. In that moment, he knew he needed to make a drastic change to his lifestyle.

"I ran from the surgery as long as I could, but after that weekend, I saw the doctor, and he looked at my throat, and he said I could die in my sleep," Smith said. "That's when I got surgery and started to get back in shape."

And that he did. Over the next several years, Busta Rhymes lost 100 pounds and is in much better shape today.
