Bunnings has increased its same-day delivery options through a new partnership.
Bunnings and Uber have recently announced an exciting expansion to their partnership, bringing same-day delivery options to more customers across the country. This collaboration is specifically aimed towards home renovators and DIY enthusiasts living outside of major cities, making it easier than ever to get their hands on the necessary supplies.

Now, over 60 Bunnings stores in non-metro areas will be offering same-day delivery for parcel-sized orders. And for those living in metropolitan areas, Uber will be stepping in to provide this service for 45 Bunnings stores that were already offering it. This means that a wider range of customers can now benefit from the convenience of same-day delivery.

In this first phase of the partnership, customers can expect their orders to arrive on the same day if they place them online before 2pm. This speedy delivery service is available for eligible stores and will incur a fee of $15. It's important to note that this option is only available for customers living within a 15km radius of the store.

For those who may not be in a rush to receive their order, there are still economy delivery and click-and-collect options available. Bunnings recognises that some customers enjoy the in-store experience, whether it's browsing for items, chatting with the team, or grabbing a coffee from the cafe or a sausage sizzle hosted by a local community group. However, for others, the convenience of delivery is the preferred option.

Ryan Baker, Bunnings' chief operating officer, emphasises the value of offering multiple delivery options to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of their customers.
