Bryce Young teams up with Bojangles to collaborate on different projects.
Rookie Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young has taken a big step in the business world. CBS Sports has reported that the 21-year-old has signed a partnership with Bojangles, the popular fried chicken franchise known for its flavorful fried chicken and side biscuits.

Young's association with the company goes beyond geography; Bojangles is headquartered in Charlotte. Young, who weighed in at 204 pounds before he was selected first overall in the 2021 NFL Draft, admitted that he plans to incorporate Bojangles into his diet.

"I've been able to trust the strength and conditioning staff and the training staff at the organization," Young told CBS Sports. "We had talked about having sustainable meals that could help me in my training and still keep me active. Luckily, the food at Bojangles is prepared and of high quality, so it fits the bill."

Young's new partnership was confirmed by Bojangles when they took to Instagram with an image of Young wearing a Panthers shirt and holding four Bojangles chicken boxes. The caption read, "Something's cooking..."

Young has been making a strong impression since joining the Panthers. Veteran team members have praised Young's work ethic.

"I try to do my best to carry myself as a professional in the building," the former University of Alabama standout said. "I'm trying to learn from those guys, talking and building relationships. At the end of the day, we're all here to do a job, and we have a team goal. I'm trying to earn respect by showing how I can contribute to that, trying to carry myself as a pro. I make sure I know what's going on, know the install, and show the dedication that I have. That's an ongoing process that happens over time."
