They will be felicitated with an amount of Rs 50,000 each and a certificate of appreciation for achieving the highest increase in voting percentage. But, they must have distributed voter slips to 90 percent of the voters in their area to qualify for the award. If two or more Sector Officers have achieved an equal voting percentage increase, the award will be given to the one with the highest percentage of voter slip distribution.
This felicitation scheme has made it clear that no veteran political leader from the BJP and the Congress can expect a cakewalk this election. The award will be given to the Booth and Sector Officers who have worked hard to increase the voting percentage.
