Pandian, who is also a BJD leader, revealed that in the first cabinet meeting after Patnaik's victory, the decision to provide 100 units of free electricity to the poor every month from July will be approved. He also accused the BJP leaders of putting on a show for the people and not actually fulfilling their promises.
