In the city of Jaipur, a three-year-old girl named Chetna had a terrifying accident on December 23. While playing in her hometown of Badiyali ki Dhani, she fell into a 700-ft deep borewell in Kiratpur. Despite ongoing efforts, she has yet to be rescued.

The incident occurred around 2pm on Monday, when Chetna accidentally fell into the borewell. At first, she was stuck at a depth of 150 feet. With the help of a makeshift tool, rescuers were able to pull her up, but only 30 feet. By Tuesday morning, her movements became unclear, causing concern for her safety.

As the hours passed and traditional methods proved unsuccessful, the rescue team turned to alternative solutions. Late Tuesday night, four local techniques were attempted, but unfortunately, they were unable to bring the little girl to safety. As a result, they have now resorted to using a piling machine.

The leader of the NDRF operation, Yogesh Meena, explained that the piling machine has the capability to dig up to 150 feet. Their new plan is to dig a parallel tunnel, which will be 150 feet long. From there, they will then dig a smaller tunnel connecting to the borewell, allowing them to reach Chetna.

To ensure the safety of the little girl, rescuers plan to dig down to 160 feet. This will position her above them, making it easier to reach her from below. Currently, Chetna is stuck at a depth of 120 feet, and previous attempts to pull her up using a J-shaped hook were unsuccessful.

In the early hours of Wednesday morning, Kotputli Subdivision Officer Brijesh Kumar gave an update on the rescue operation. He stated that they have been working tirelessly to bring Chetna to safety. Their initial plan was to use various tools to extract her, but when that failed, they moved on to their backup plan - using the piling machine to dig a pit.

Meanwhile, Chetna's grandfather, Harshaya Chaudhary, expressed his disappointment with the administration's handling of the situation. He claimed that they were slow to take action, only resorting to using the machine after 28 hours. He believes that this delay is a result of negligence on their part.

The whole community is praying for Chetna's safe rescue, and the rescue team is working diligently to make that happen. Let's hope that they are able to reach her soon and bring her back to her worried family.
