On December 28, a wild scene unfolded outside a McDonald's restaurant in Springfield, Ohio. A large pig had run loose and could be heard grunting in a video shared by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The suspect was identified as Albert Einswine, a 4-year-old pig from the New Sharon section of Deptford Township. Mr Einswine was released on his own recognizance.’
