A hero lifted a car off of a woman who had stumbled over a fence and ended up in the path of oncoming traffic.

Locals dedicated their efforts to pushing the 950kg Toyota Aygo that trapped a woman after she tripped over a chain link fence into traffic in Guernsey. On Monday afternoon, bystanders rushed to help lift the car and successfully blocked off Nocq Road in St Sampson. Fortunately, the victim's injuries weren't life-threatening. A group of men from AJ Electrical, who were passing by, hopped out of their van after witnessing the incident, and an onlooker later praised their heroic actions as 'amazing'.
