A competition celebrating the coronation of King George III is being held, with prizes awarded for artistic works.
Blind and partially-sighted children and young people have the chance to take part in a special art competition to mark the King's coronation and win a £50 gift voucher from the Royal Society for Blind Children! Entrants can choose to make a crown for His Majesty The King; draw a picture of Windsor Castle or the King himself; or any art piece of their choice. It's a great way for them to get involved in this historic event and be part of the coronation collage for His Majesty. The competition will close on 24 April and the winners will be announced on 28 April.

The Royal Society for Blind Children also invites everyone to their royal family fun day on 5 April at the Life Without Limits Centre in London from 11am to 2pm. There will be royal-themed activities and a chance to start their artwork for the competition.

This is a great opportunity for blind and partially-sighted children and young people to show their creativity and be part of this historic occasion. So don't miss out and find out more on Scottish Field's education page! Plus, don't forget to check out the April issue of Scottish Field magazine.
