Some other notable names include Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, who will be filing his nomination for the Hinjili Assembly segment for the sixth time, and BJD organisational secretary Pranab Prakash Das, who will be running for the Sambalpur parliamentary seat against Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
Apart from the Hinjili seat, CM Patnaik will also be contesting for the Kantabanji Assembly seat in western Odisha. Both him and Pranab Prakash Das are scheduled to file their nominations on April 30.
