Natasha is seeking the help of Dr Pimple Popper, after the keloid bumps on her ears caused "major discomfort". These bumps are caused by too much collagen in skin, after injury or damage like a piercing or burn. The NHS describes keloids as scars that keep growing and become bigger than the original wound.

As the clip goes on, viewers can see the bumps growing behind her earlobes, and hanging off the sides. Natasha further explains: "They've consumed it. The consistency of each growth is very squishy and movable, I can definitely move it around. Now they look like mushrooms or cauliflowers."
