Through the Brown Girls Fundraising Collective, the campaign has raised an impressive $2.4 million. "Our democracy is on the line, and we are standing behind Vice President Kamala Harris as she continues her journey towards becoming the next President of the United States. The unity and solidarity displayed in just over a week is a powerful demonstration of what we can achieve when we stand together," stated Win With Black Women's founder, Jotaka Eaddy.
During Sunday's meeting, there was a sense of celebration for the organization's historic accomplishments and their ongoing efforts to create a brighter future for Black women and all Americans. Eaddy emphasized, "The growth and momentum of this movement speaks volumes of what Black women and our allies have always known: we are a political, social, economic, and spiritual force to be reckoned with, and we are just getting started."
