Video shows women in Victoria facing gun threats.
Last month in Victoria's north, an armed robbery took place that left two women terrified and threatened at gunpoint. Recently, CCTV footage of the incident was released by the police as they continue their search for the two offenders involved.

The footage shows two men dressed in all black and wearing balaclavas entering the Benalla Road Convenience and Tobacconist around 9:40pm on September 30. One of the men is holding a long knife and can be seen filling a duffle bag with cartons of cigarettes while the other points a gun at the two female store workers. The men then proceed towards the exit, but before leaving, they turn back and point the gun at the women again, signaling towards the cash register.

Jacinta Croker, the store manager, shared her experience with 9News, recalling how she feared for her life as she was forced to empty the cash register into a duffle bag. She expressed her concern for her family, saying, "I didn't know if I was going to make it home to my kids, my husband." She also mentioned the lasting impact the incident has had on their lives, stating that the offenders were only after a quick grab of money and didn't realize the consequences of their actions.

According to the police, the offenders fled south on Archer Street in a dark-colored Ford Falcon sedan with false registration plates (1UF5GS). They have also released a description of the two men they would like to speak to in relation to the incident. The first male is described as Caucasian, of medium build, and approximately 170cm tall. He was wearing a black hooded jumper with white writing on both arms and a white logo on the left side of his chest, along with a black balaclava, dark grey gloves, black pants, and cream-colored shoes with black tape around the middle.

The second male is described as having a solid build and was seen wearing a black hooded jumper with a white logo on the right side of his chest, a dark grey face covering, dark grey gloves, black shoes, and dark blue jeans. The police urge anyone with information or who witnessed the incident to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers. The search for the two offenders continues as the community remains on high alert.
