Marcus Anthony Hall's life was abruptly cut short last Wednesday. His father, Anthony Hall, was at work when his two-year-old son wandered into a neighbor's backyard pool and drowned. Anthony was at a loss for words and expressed his devastation on a GoFundMe page.

A complaint has been filed against the neighbor's pool, claiming it was required to have a fence around it. Lucus County Children Services is now investigating the death.
