Highlighting the future prospects for the state, Swain shared that Majhi will also be extending invitations to top industrialists to attend the 'Utkarsh Odisha - Make in Odisha' Conclave, which is scheduled to be held next year. He further added that talks are currently underway for the establishment of a mega steel plant in Keonjhar district. To expedite the process, a task force led by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja has been formed, and they have been directed to identify two potential locations for the plant.
