LeBron James and Joel Embiid, two of the NBA's biggest stars, are joining forces to launch a new production studio called Miniature Géant. This new venture is backed by James and his partner Maverick Carter's SpringHill Company, and has been set up as a way to inspire others and tell people's stories.
Joel Embiid said in a statement “We want to do as much as we can to inspire. I want it to be successful, but I want it done the right way. The whole goal is just to try to tell people’s stories and use my platform to inspire the next generation.”
Miniature Géant will be producing a range of content, including unscripted, scripted, audio, and branded stories. One of their first projects is a documentary on Embiid’s own life journey, from the streets of Yaoundé, Cameroon, to becoming a six-time NBA all-star and Most Valuable Player.
