Reports state that just an hour later, the BMW crashed into a motorcycle at the intersection of Bell and Victoria streets in Preston at approximately 12:40am. The two individuals in the BMW allegedly fled the scene, leaving behind the injured rider.

Despite officers performing CPR, the male rider could not be saved. As a result, a 16-year-old boy was arrested after a brief search of the area. He is currently in police custody, aiding with their investigation.
