The SheaMoisture Women En Blanc Honors Brunch has become a highly-anticipated event, and this year's fifth annual celebration did not disappoint. The all-white affair, presented by Smirnoff, took place in New Orleans, Louisiana during Independence Day weekend. It was a highlight for many Black women in NOLA, providing a perfect opportunity to come together and celebrate their accomplishments.

Smirnoff joined forces with SheaMoisture to honor Black women who have excelled in various fields, including Champion, Community Impact, Sports, Influencer, Trailblazer, Game Changer, Entertainment, and Beauty that Bonds. The event was hosted by Christal Jordan Jennings, founder of Enchanted Branding & Public Relations, who warmly welcomed all the influential women in attendance.

The crowd was treated to a special performance by Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter Crystal Nicole, who sang her inspiring new single, "Won't Stop," and the empowering track "Masterpiece." Her powerful voice and uplifting lyrics had everyone feeling empowered and motivated.

Simone Jordan, Head of Purpose & Brand Partnerships at SheaMoisture, and Adrienne Trimble, Global Inclusion Officer at Visa, took the stage to honor numerous accomplished women. One of the highlights of the event was when NY Times Best-selling author and television personality Tabitha Brown, along with her business partner Gina Woods, received the Beauty that Bonds Award for their haircare brand, Donna's Recipe by Tabitha Brown. Brown expressed her gratitude for Woods, acknowledging her important role in their business success.

The event also recognized the achievements of other extraordinary women. Basketball star and music artist Flau'Jae was honored for her accomplishments on the court and her dedication to community service. Jonnetta Patton, the mother and manager of R&B superstar Usher and producer J. Lack, received the Influencer Award from Sysco. In her speech, Patton emphasized the importance of persistence and hard work, inspiring all the women in attendance.

The event also had some surprise guests, such as Dr. Jeri Godhigh of the Atlanta-based Josie's Girls non-profit organization, who presented Insights Marketing CEO Keshia Walker with the 2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Godhigh praised Walker for her impactful work and recognized her as a champion for other women.
