Raipur was the host of the three-day Raipur Art, Literature, and Film Festival (RALF23) from September 3-5. The festival took place at the Pt. Deen Dayal Auditorium and was jointly organised by the Chhattisgarh Government's Cultural and Tourism Department, Nature Friends Social Welfare Organisation, and AK Associates.

The opening ceremony was graced by the Minister for the Culture Department, Amarjeet Bhagat. On the second day, RALF23 provided a chance for budding filmmakers to receive interactive lessons on filmmaking. Industry experts such as Manoj Verma and Vineet Sharma gave lectures on film script and screenplay, independent filmmaking sound and design, and poetry and music.

The film festival also included multiple screenings of films such as "Corona Fighter," "Dhai Kilo ka Hath," "Tum Tum," "Spicy Rum," "Gufi Love Story," "France 47," and "Dandkaranya."

The concluding ceremony of RALF23 will be a star-studded event with Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and Bollywood actress Amisha Patel as the Chief Guest and special guest respectively.

Overall, this festival was a great opportunity for both aspiring and established filmmakers to learn and develop their craft from those in the industry. It was also a great chance for the public to watch some captivating films and gain an insight into the filmmaking process.
