Jadarrius Rose experienced a traumatic event on July 4th when Ohio police attempted to pull him over due to his 18-wheeler missing a left rear mud flap. According to CNN, Rose initially refused to stop for an inspection, prompting the dispatch to call for a marked patrol unit to assist.
