NIMA Kodagu Unit celebrates 25th anniversary

Madikeri, Jul. 23: The 25th anniversary of the Kodagu National Integrated Medical Association was held in Mysore.

More than 40 doctors from Kodagu participated in the program held in a private hall there. There was a long discussion on the stomach and liver problems that people are facing due to today's deteriorating lifestyle.

Doctors were made more aware of the easiest way to prevent diseases and the nutrition that should be given when the disease is severe.

The participating doctors held consultations with various specialists. On this occasion, a competition called Lucky Doctor - Lucky Clinic was held among the doctors of Kodagu and the winners were awarded.

Kodagu doctors Dr. Shyam Prasad P.S. and Dr. Udayashankar S. were honored for their achievements at the national level.

NIMA A proposal was submitted to start its "Sulya Chapter" in Kodagu. NIMA Kodagu President Dr. Rajaram, Treasurer Dr. Padmanabha, Women's Unit President Dr. Shailaja Rajendra, Kodagu DAO Dr. Shailaja Muralidhar, senior doctors Dr. Rajendra, Dr. Mahesh, Dr. Purushottam and doctors from various taluks of Kodagu were present in the program.
