The new Oloroso expression has been exclusively aged in first fill Oloroso sherry butts, resulting in a bold and deeply aromatic spirit that builds upon the complexity and drinkability that fans of The Hearach have come to love. With notes of orange peel, warming spices, fireside smoke and toasted hazelnuts, this rich dram is the perfect companion for a cozy winter evening.
Available for purchase from 24 September at 10am, The Hearach Oloroso Cask Matured can be found online, at the distillery, and through select whisky retailers in the UK at a suggested retail price of £75. Bottled at 46% ABV and lightly peated at 12-15ppm, this non-chill filtered spirit has been carefully matured in casks hand-picked for quality from the renowned Bodega José y Miguel Martín in the beautiful Andalusia region in southern Spain.
