A neighbour with a dispute who tossed bags of dog excrement over the fence was handed a court bill of over £1,000 after appearing in South East Northumberland Magistrates' Court in Bedlington. ‘Between October 12 and October 14, they state that bags of dog excrement were being thrown into their garden.
