He spoke as the chief guest at the closing ceremony and prize distribution ceremony of the Gadde Aata Rainy Season Festival 2025, which was organized for the first time at Y.M. Karumbayya's garden in Gaddehalla here. In these days when rice cultivation has seen a setback, the elder Y.M. Karumbayya organized this festival with the motto of maintaining the unity, tradition and unity of the society in order to encourage the youth, women, men and children.
