The properties will then be sourced back to the community, encouraging residents to buy or rent at an affordable rate. Additionally, Epps will document his journey of rebuilding his grandmother's home in the city, with the help of their construction team.
This new television program isn't the only enterprise in Indiana for the 52-year-old comedian. His Netflix show, "The Upshaws," is also set in the Midwestern state. He has even opened Indy Fresh Market, a locally-owned grocery dedicated to providing fresh and healthy foods for residents.
