The Meeting was chaired by Gonikoppal Zilla panchyat members, and Sthai samithi member Shri C.K Bopanna. Various other prominent leaders from town were called for the meeting. Ways and means to bring awareness to the public regarding segregation and disposal of waste was discussed in the meeting.
The members discussed various measures, as to how, the dumped garbage can be evacuated and disposed without causing any harm to the environment.
