The first season saw Victoria Omobuwajo take home the prize, and this year's contenders are looking to do the same. Florence from London/Toulouse is hoping to win with her kids' cookery classes, Amy from Stockton-on-Tees is bringing her topped artisan blondies to the competition, Kier from Kent is hoping for success with his hot sauces and condiments range, and Hebe from near Bournemouth is looking to impress Gordon with her kombucha kits. Sam from London is aiming to gain investment from Gordon and also improve her business, while Gary from Belfast is loving every second of the show and Naomi from London is hoping her social enterprise bakery will be a catalyst for change.
