Josh and Chloe Bashford were a married couple with four children and their deaths have left the family heartbroken. On Friday evening, their bodies were discovered in their home in Newhaven, about nine miles east of Brighton.
Sussex Police has since charged Derek Martin, 64, also known as Derek Glenn, of Moulsecoomb Way, Brighton with two counts of murder. As he was known to the victims, he has been remanded in custody and will appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court today.
