Step inside and you'll find the ground floor dedicated to luxury watch brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, TAG Heuer, and Laings' very own pre-owned range. As you peruse the selection, you'll also come across a photographic timeline showcasing the six generations of the Laings family who have built and expanded the business since its establishment in 1840.
Make your way to the first floor and you'll discover a Rolex library and lounge, where you can delve into the brand's rich heritage. There's also a VIP room for those special and private moments. But that's not all - the first floor is also where you'll find Laings' extensive jewellery collection, including their bespoke Family Collection, inspired by and dedicated to the women of the Laing family. And for an even more personalized experience, the showroom offers private consultation rooms and a dedicated services area.
But it's not just about the shopping experience. The first floor also boasts an intimate space designed for exclusive events, product showcases, and private client meetings. Collaborating with a local interior designer, the space features elements of Glasgow's famed Timorous Beasties wallpaper, as well as dark wood parquet flooring, a large dining table, sideboard, and bar.
As you make your way up the building, you'll find Laings' headquarters on the top four floors. And for all your maintenance needs, there's the newly opened Laings Service Centre with 20 skilled watchmakers, technicians, polishers, and quality control technicians, as well as a Rolex Authorised Service Centre.
This new flagship store marks the end of Laings' 50-year home in Argyll Arcade, but the move has been smooth for all employees, with four new roles created and a total of 30 staff members at the showroom.
