A workshop on ‘Climate Change and Biodiversity of the Western Ghats’ was held at the city’s Field Marshal K.M. Cariappa College in collaboration with the Zoology Department and the Karnataka Environmental Management and Policy Research Institute.
Speaking after inaugurating the program held in the college auditorium, she said that students should take the lead in environmental protection and create awareness.
