“If I had my time again, I would probably not have necessarily launched myself with that laser focus even though I felt pressure and I put a lot on pressure on myself to be everything they needed of me but I wished they scaled that back a little bit and asked myself ‘who am I and what do I need and what will help me to be happy in myself outside of this role’,” Jeff said.

“This has very little to do with me and everything to do with my dad. Over the course of the last 20 years I’ve heard him say, ‘because I can’. It was a mantra of his and him just saying that ‘because I can’. Because I can, why not?” Bobby said.
