India- Bangladesh Agreement on Trans-Border Crimes

The India- Bangladesh agreement on trans-border gives a legal framework to prevent and investigate crimes committed on the border and allow for the exchange of information between the two countries. The Agreement on Trans-Border Crimes was signed by the Indian and Bangladeshi governments in August 2013. The agreement aims to enhance cooperation in the investigation, prosecution, and punishment of trans-border crimes.
