In another session, speakers such as Tope Ajala, Global Head of DEI at Oglivy, and Olanda Sharp-Buckley, VP of Customer/Tech Training at Dell, will share their experiences and tips for navigating the tricky corporate ladder.
The summit will also address the issue of workplace trauma and how to overcome it while still achieving success. Behavioral scientist Dr. Carey Yazeed will lead the discussion on how to prioritize one's health and wellness while forging a path forward. In the final session of the day, Sidnee Douyon, BE's Senior Digital Editor, will tackle the topic of women-on-women bias in the office. Joined by Olivia Linson, Director of Platform Operations and Support at Aflac, and Celeste Warren, VP of Global Diversity & Inclusion COE at Merck, among others, the panel will explore effective ways to handle conflicts professionally.
