Congratulations are in order for The Little Mermaid star, Halle Bailey!
The 23-year-old has announced the birth of her baby boy with an adorable picture of the newborn on Instagram. Halle and her partner, rapper and YouTuber DDG, who is 26 years old, welcomed their son in the new year.

DDG, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., also posted his own Instagram post to announce the news. He wrote in his caption, “My biggest blessing by far; son son.. never been so in love. Baby halo.” He also added on his Instagram Story, “The flyest kid in the universe has arrived.”
Halle and DDG made their red carpet debut as a couple in June 2022 at the BET Awards, where the rapper expressed his feelings for his partner. Later that year, Halle told Essence how she had been a fan of DDG before they got together. She said, “I grew up being on YouTube and would always see the young Black creators and was constantly inspired by them. He was one of them.”
