Miscreants had set fire on the land. This occurred late, in the evening on the 26th March, at Turahalli. RFO Kaggalipura and staff were on duty, brought under control. Area of Over 1 Acre, was burnt (mostly grass / ground fire). The Culprits could not be traced.
The perpetrators set fire to a forest in the Turahalli forest on the evening of March 5. The Kaglipura Zonal Forest Officer and staff were busy in the fire and managed to extinguish the fire. The top layer, including one acre of grass, has been burned.
