Michael Noojin, a 67-year-old man, was arrested on Monday by the FBI after attempting to rob a Bank of America in Hollywood, Florida. According to the criminal complaint unsealed on the same day, Noojin had tried to steal $650 to pay rent and avoid being on the streets.
