They said they wanted to raise awareness of the risks in light of Roxy's death, adding: 'We as a family have felt this love through the tributes and kind messages we have received. We will always love and miss you, our beautiful Roxy.'
British Transport Police have said inquiries into the incident are ongoing and are asking anyone with information to contact them immediately.
