Virajpet, Jul. 22: The distribution of sanction letters to Gyandeep teachers assigned to government schools in Virajpet taluk under the community development program by the Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project was held at the project office in Virajpet recently.

Leelavathi, Kodagu District Director of the Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project, addressed the program and said that the constituency has organized social programs such as providing furniture to schools, appointing Gyandeep teachers, and paying Sugnan Nidhi scholarship to students pursuing higher education. 8 schools in Virajpet taluk have been selected for the recruitment of Gyandeep teachers. Gyandeep teachers have been appointed in Harihar Government Higher Primary School, Kalathmadu Government Higher Primary School, Kanur Nanchi Hadi Government Lower Primary School, Kandagala Government Higher Primary School, Gudlur Government Lower Primary School, Nadikeri Government Lower Primary School, Cheeniwada Government Higher Primary School, and Biruga Government Higher Primary School.
