Decision Made to Organise Ashta Bandha Brahma Kalashotsava at Bhagandeshwara Temple Complex.

Bhagamandala, Nov 2: A decision was reached today at a meeting of the Management Committee in Bhagamandala to conduct the 'Ashta Bandha Brahma Kalashotsava' (a major consecration and purification ritual) at the Bhagandeshwara Temple complex—an event taking place after 17 years. The newly formed Management Committee for the Bhagamandala-Talakaveri temples held its first meeting today under the chairmanship of Bananda Prathy. It was announced that the preparations and rituals for the Brahma Kalashotsava would commence following the festival of Deepavali. The specific procedures will be determined based on the *Swarnaprashna* (a traditional method of divine consultation) conducted by Nileshwara Padmanabha Tantri. It was further stated that at the Bhagandeshwara Temple, once the daily *Nitya Puja* (routine worship) is concluded at 5:00 AM, the premises will be made available for devotees to perform their own acts of worship.

Regarding the dress code previously implemented at the Bhagandeshwara and Talakaveri temple complexes—which is currently not being followed effectively—it was emphasized that strict adherence must be ensured. Devotees are encouraged to participate in religious activities with sincere faith and devotion. In this context, it was directed that owners of homestays and resorts must properly inform visiting tourists about these guidelines, ensuring that the dress code is strictly observed.
