Apple May Be Holding Back The Music Biz (tags music ipod apple) I totally agree with this Business Week story. Apple’s dominance of the online music business, by virtue of its lock on the mp3 player market, is putting a crimp on innovation. the place where this is the most distressing is subscription music services (ie music dial tone) which is by far the best way to get online music.
