Congress protests stray cattle menace & poor roads in Madhya Pradesh.
Mandsaur: On Monday, Block Congress Committee members and party councillors gathered at the municipal office to protest the increasing stray animal menace and the poor condition of the Transport Nagar road. The protestors were angry due to the deteriorating roads and the cattle issue, and handed over a memorandum to the authorities for the same. Recently, three people had been injured in a stray cattle attack, so the protestors demanded a permanent solution to the problem. They asked the administration to shift the stray cattle to cow shelters.

The protesters received great support from the citizens of the area, who were facing difficulty due to the cattle menace. The Block committee president, Dr Raghavendra Singh Tomar, and several other Congress leaders like Rafat Payami, Mohammad Hanif Sheikh, Somil Nahata, Sangeeta Goswami, and Tarun Sharma were present at the protest.

The memorandum was read out by Dr Tomar and he further warned that if the administration failed to take action within three days, a demonstration would be held outside the collector’s residence. Several other Congress leaders like Dr Pritipal Singh Rana, Ajay Lodha, Manjeet Singh Tuteja, Suresh Bhati, and many more were also present at the protest.

The protestors hope that the administration will take note of their grievances and take immediate action to resolve the issue.
