Madikeri, Nov. 18: BJP has filed a complaint with the Superintendent of Police against Thennira Maina for allegedly posting derogatory posts about former MLAs K.G. Bopaiah and Appachchuranjan on social media and WhatsApp groups.
A few days ago, Maina made headlines. He has done such things in the past too, causing unrest in the society, and the complaint has mentioned that action should be taken. BJP district treasurer Kannanda Sampath has complained to the SP about this. BJP city president Umesh Subramani, women president Soumya Sunil, and former municipal president Anita Poovaiah were present with him on this occasion.

A complaint has been made by the Virajpet Mandal BJP to the Virajpet Rural Police Station regarding the same matter.
