It's time to celebrate! Brooklyn Brewery is commemorating the 50th anniversary of hip-hop with a limited edition of their Brooklyn Lager featuring Brooklyn legend The Notorious B.I.G.
Karlie Bainbridge, the vice president of marketing for Brooklyn Brewery, said in a press release, "We are thrilled to bring this collaboration together in celebration of fifty years of hip-hop. We are excited to team up with notable music journal Wax Poetics, Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts, and BRIC to honor Biggie’s tremendous cultural influence."
The limited edition beer will feature an artwork on all packaging and sizes, starting this month. There will also be a special capsule collection of limited edition apparel and accessories available for purchase on August 4, 2023, online and in the Brooklyn Brewery Tasting Room.
If you're in the New York City area, you won't want to miss out on the scheduled events in August and September 2023. Brooklyn recording artist Masta Ace and music producer Easy Mo Bee will be there.
