The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is taking steps to reconcile with their disgruntled members. A list of angry leaders has been created and influential members of the BJP have been tasked with winning them back.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, national general secretary of the party Kailash Vijayvargiya, Union Minister of State Prahlad Patel and party’s state president VD Sharma have been assigned this important responsibility.
Various committees have been put in place to help mediate between the party and its angry leaders. These committees are composed of Jayant Malaiya, Prabhat Jha, Ajay Vishnoi, Pradeep Laria, Narayan Singh Kushwaha, Hemant Khandelwal and Deepak Vijayvargiya.
In addition, responsibility has been divided for dealing with the election work and for pacifying those who wanted tickets for the election. Divisional meetings are being held to address the grievances of party workers. Vijayvargiya took part in the divisional meeting in Sagar, and Tomar was present at the meeting in Ujjain on Wednesday.
