Today comes word that the Senate Republicans and their colleagues have arrived at a “bill” to cure the problem at the southern border. All hail, Senator Lankford! Even Cocaine Mitch McConnell says it’s “Great!”
Haha, not so fast, y’all.
In the background is our President, Joe Biden, whining the Congress (the Senate and the House) has to act to give him the authority to control the southern border. He says he doesn’t have the authority to control the illegal immigrant onslaught at the border!
Wink, wink!
Haha, like it wasn’t Biden’s plan all along to remove the southern border, eh?
“The bad Republicans won’t give me the authority to deal with the Southern border. Woe is I!”
Yeah, well, let’s chat about that, shall we?
When President Trump (the chap with the orange hair) handed the keys to the Oval Office to Joseph Robinette, the border was under control.
Sure, the Trumpster had been thwarted in finishing his Great Wall of MAGA, but there was no illegal immigrant onslaught. We were at 40 year record lows.
Don used his authority as POTUS to issue Executive Orders to:
1. Build The Wall — the Dem Congress fought him every step of the way
2. Remain in Mexico — meaning any person petitioning the US for entrance as a refugee from violence and “credible fear” had to remain in Mexico until their case was considered and adjudicated.
3. Petition the first state of refuge — meaning a person fleeing oppression was required to petition the first state in which he crossed to safety for asylum. This meant that almost all potential refugees would have to petition Mexico for asylum before trying to come to the United States.
4. Title 42 — the authority to push immigrants back across the border under coloration of the Pandemic — remember the Pandemic?
Dear reader, what happened was President Joseph Robinette Biden CANCELLED ALL THE TRUMP EXECUTIVE ORDERS and opened the border wider than a Tijuana hooker’s knees. [Trying to keep it regionally real, y’all.]
What happened then was more than
and “got aways” have flooded our country during the Biden admin. But, not to worry, a lot of those folks are waiting on court dates in the 2030s. [Some of those folks will have half a dozen babies by then.]
President Biden doesn’t have to obtain any authority from Congress. He can just re-enact all the Trump Executive Orders he cancelled. Boom!
The new bill – Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024 – is far worse than anyone could ever have imagined.

Couple of high points — “limiting” illegals to less than 5,000 per day on a seven day average or 8,500 illegals in a single day, plus Canadians/Mexicans or unaccompanied minors don’t count against the limits, and the President can only use the limits for 275 days the first year.
Did I mention amnesty and green cards for everyone?
The bill is a total sellout and the level of funding is incredible, but not just for immigration — for a number of leftist funding initiatives.
This is a total sellout and the Republicans in the US Senate are traitors.
