A second suspect has been arrested following the mass shooting at Morgan State University’s homecoming on Oct. 3. On Nov. 20, the D.C. Metropolitan Police reported that Jovan Terrell “Chewy” Williams, 18, had been taken into custody in connection with the shooting, which left five people injured.
