Basic

Who can join as a content provider?

Anyone. Everything you add on this portal is your content and you get paid for it.

Who can join as a marketer?

Anyone. You can invite as many people as you know. You get a percentage of the revenue they generate and you get a proportionate percentage of revenue from their invitees too (upto 7 more levels)

Who can join as a module provider?

Anyone. The API will be released by the time we exit beta.

Can I create multiple accounts?

It would be pointless if you are doing it just to increase your income. We have a feature where you can display different profiles to different people. If there is any other reason, you can go ahead.

What constitutes content?

Everything you add on the portal is your content.

Who is a marketer?

A marketer is a person who generates hits for content providers by inviting people to the network.

What is a module provider?

A module provider is a person/s who create alternate code for certain modules so that users get to choose what they want to see.

Do I get any marketing tools?

There is the embeddable logo, available on settings. Publishers who use this get 30% of any user who visits our portal from theirs. If the visiting user signs up, s/he will be added in the publisher's tree.There is a referral link on settings.There is a contact importer, and you can type in your friends e-mail ids and invite friends.The best way is though,is word of mouth.

I can't login, or I forgot my username or password.

How can I delete my account?

If you are aboslutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so here. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!

How can I update my profile?

To update your profile, you must visit the Edit Profile page. You can move through the different parts of your profile by clicking the tabs at the top of the page.

How can I deal with someone that is bothering me?

If someone is bothering or harassing you, blocking them is usually the best solution. Visit the Account Settings page to learn how to block people. If someone continues to harass you despite your efforts, you can report them here.

How can I report spam or other inappropriate content?

You can report spam, pornography, or any other inappropriate content here, or by clicking the "Report" link on the page containing the content you wish to report.

How do I report copyright infringement?

Is my information kept private?

Absolutely. We do not share any personally identifying information about you to any third party.

How can I make my profile private?

If the administrator has enabled it, you can make your profile private by visiting the Account Privacy page.

How can I block users from contacting me?

You can block people by adding their username to your blocked users list. Visit the Account Settings page to learn more about how to block people.

How much can I earn?

Your earnings depend on how much traffic your content gets. The best way to find out how much you'll earn is to sign up. There's no cost, no obligations, and getting started is quick and easy. If you don't like it for any reason, you can delete your account.

How does xklsv split the advertising revenue?

xklsv gives;50% to the content provider,30% to the marketers,20% to the module developers.

What payment methods are available?

We have tied up with Times of money and Citibank's "Klinnk", a mobile wallet. Which will be the default payment gateway for users in India. We will be integrating with other mobile wallets too.Other options provided include paypal, cheque, demand draft and wire transfer.

When will I get paid?

After your account exceed 51$, you can start withdrawing. You will have to maintain a minimum balance of 51$.

How do you calculate how much I earn?

Ads are sold on a cost per thousand impressions (CPM), cost-per-click (CPC) or cost-per-acquisition (CPA) basis. We don't disclose exactly what kind of ad is shown for your content, but for the most part we are serving CPC ads. We take the gross earnings of the portal divide that by the number of total page impressions to calculate our CPM. For a certain duration, you will get the respective CPM times the number of impressions your content generates.
